Refund Policy

1. General

NameHero Pro is a one-time digital software license (not a subscription). Payments are handled by Creem (Merchant of Record). Refund requests are reviewed by us and processed by Creem back to your original payment method.

2. Eligible cases

• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase;
• The software cannot start or perform its core renaming function on your device for reasons outside your control, and we cannot provide a working version or fix;
• Duplicate purchases or the wrong tier, confirmed against our order records;
• Prolonged failure to receive a license you paid for, caused by our delivery infrastructure.

3. Non-refundable cases

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase;
• The license key has already been activated (Pro features already unlocked);
• Failures caused by your own environment — Ollama not installed, model not pulled, insufficient memory, incompatible OS, or misuse;
• Termination for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy;
• Fraud or payment-initiated chargebacks.

4. How to request a refund

Email 739506876@qq.com with the subject "Refund request" and include:

• the email you used at checkout;
• the amount paid and the payment date;
• your license key (if already activated);
• a short description of the reason.

We respond within 3 business days. Settlement time depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

5. The free tier

The free tier involves no payment and is not refundable.
