1. Scope

This policy sets out the rules for using the NameHero (命名侠) software, this website, and any license you purchase. By using the software or purchasing a license, you agree to these rules.

2. What this product does not generate

NameHero does not generate any image, video, or audio content. It is a local file-renaming tool: it reads the content of your own files to suggest file names, and all AI inference runs on your own computer with no cloud generation model involved. The product therefore cannot be used to produce NSFW, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.

3. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use NameHero:

for any illegal purpose, including infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or violating others' privacy or copyright;
to batch-rename files in order to conceal or evade copyright (DMCA or other rights-management removal);
to batch-rename files in order to circumvent access controls, audit trails, or data-retention policies on any system;
to bulk-process files you are not authorised to process, or to strip security flags, read-only attributes, or provenance information;
to tamper with, forge, or evade auditing of files protected by contract or law;
to attack, disrupt, or probe this service, its licensing API, or its servers.

4. You are responsible for your content

You must have the legal right or authorisation for every file you process, and you are responsible for the outcome. Suggested file names may not always be accurate, so please review the preview before applying a batch.

5. Privacy and local processing

Your file contents are never uploaded. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate a license and decline support where reasonably necessary.
