NameHero (命名侠) is a local-AI file renaming desktop app operated by Yang Chao, an independent developer in China (Wuhan, Hubei). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Purchase email — the email you enter at Creem checkout, used to deliver your license key and provide support.
• License information — your license key, activation status and activation time (used to validate the license).
• Basic server request logs — standard technical logs used for security and troubleshooting.

3. What we never collect (important)

Your file contents are never uploaded. All AI processing in NameHero happens on your own computer. File names, file contents, photos and videos never pass through our servers.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details. Creem handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies.

6. Data storage and security

Your purchase email and license key are stored on our license server solely for license validation and support. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your purchase and activation data at any time by emailing our support address below.
