可接受使用政策 Acceptable Use Policy

1. 适用范围

本政策规定你使用命名侠（NameHero）软件、官网及购买授权时必须遵守的行为边界。购买或使用即表示你已阅读并同意本政策。

This policy sets out the rules for using the NameHero software, this website, and any license you purchase. By using the software or purchasing a license, you agree to these rules.

2. 本产品不生成的内容

命名侠不生成任何图像、视频或音频内容。它是本机文件重命名工具：读取你自己文件的内容用于生成文件名建议，AI 推理全部在你的电脑上完成，不调用任何云端生成模型。因此本产品不提供、也无法被用于生成色情、暴力、仇恨或其他有害内容。

NameHero does not generate images, video, or audio. It is a local file-renaming tool that reads the content of your own files to suggest file names; all AI inference runs on your own computer and no cloud generation model is involved. The product therefore cannot be used to produce NSFW, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.

3. 禁止用途

你承诺不会将命名侠用于下列用途：

• 任何违法用途，包括违反所在地法律的侵权、欺诈、骚扰或侵害他人隐私与版权的行为；
• 批量重命名以掩盖、伪装侵权来源（DMCA 或其他版权规避）；
• 批量重命名以规避他人系统的访问控制、日志审计或数据保留策略；
• 对不属于你的文件进行未经授权的批量处理，或移除原始文件的安全标记、只读属性、来源信息等保护措施；
• 对受合同或法律保护的文件进行任何形式的篡改、伪造或规避审计；
• 以任何方式反向攻击、干扰或探测本服务、授权接口或服务器。

You agree not to use NameHero for any illegal purpose, to rename files in order to conceal or evade copyright, to strip protection or audit markers, to process files you are not authorised to process, or to interfere with the service or its licensing infrastructure.

4. 你对内容负责

你对放入软件的所有文件拥有合法权利或授权，并对使用结果负责。命名侠提供的文件名建议可能不准确，请在批量应用前自行核对预览结果。

You are responsible for the files you process and for verifying the rename preview before applying it. Suggested file names may not always be accurate.

5. 隐私与本地处理

本产品不上传你的文件内容。详见隐私政策。

6. 违规处理

我们保留在合理必要范围内限制或终止授权、拒绝提供技术支持的权利。

We may restrict or terminate a license and decline support where reasonably necessary.
