服务条款 Terms of Service

1. 服务说明

命名侠（NameHero）是一款本地 AI 文件重命名桌面应用，提供免费版与 Pro 付费版。Pro 版解除免费版每月 50 次的改名次数限制，并解锁全部进阶功能（自动归类、监控新文件、自定义命名规则、GPS 地点命名、生成摘要文件等）。

NameHero is a local-AI file renaming desktop app with a Free tier (50 renames per month) and a Pro tier that removes limits and unlocks advanced features.

2. 购买与授权

• Pro 为一次性买断（终身授权），售价以结账页显示为准（当前 USD 9.90）。
• 付款由 Creem（Merchant of Record）处理，含税费代缴。
• 付款成功后，激活码会立即显示在支付成功页，并发送至你的购买邮箱。
• 授权供个人使用，请勿出售、转让或公开分享激活码。

Pro is a one-time lifetime license paid via Creem checkout. The activation key is shown on the post-payment success page and delivered by email. Licensed for personal use; do not resell or share keys.

3. 退款政策

如产品无法正常使用且我们无法在合理范围内帮你解决，可在购买后 14 天内通过支持邮箱申请退款，由 Creem 按其退款流程处理。

If the product does not work and we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase via support email; refunds are processed by Creem.

4. 可接受使用

• 不得将本软件用于任何违法违规用途。
• 不得对本产品进行反向工程、破解或绕过授权校验。
• 不得利用本产品批量处理侵权内容。

No unlawful use, no reverse engineering or license bypass, no processing of infringing content at scale.

5. 数据与隐私

本软件在本地处理文件，文件内容不上传。数据收集范围见隐私政策。

Files are processed locally and never uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.

6. 免责声明

本软件按「现状」提供。批量重命名属高风险文件操作，请在应用前利用内置的「恢复原名」功能或自行备份重要文件。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用本软件造成的损失不承担责任。

The software is provided "as is". Batch renaming is a high-risk file operation — please use the built-in "restore original names" feature or back up important files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the software.

7. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款，更新后将在本页面标注生效日期。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

We may update these terms; the effective date will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
