1. 我们是谁

命名侠（NameHero）是一款本地 AI 文件重命名桌面应用，由独立开发者杨超（中国）运营。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用以及你的权利。

NameHero is a local-AI file renaming desktop app operated by Yang Chao, an independent developer in China. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. 我们收集的信息

• 购买邮箱：你在 Creem 结账时填写的邮箱，用于发放激活码与售后支持。
• 激活信息：激活码、激活状态与时间（用于验证授权有效性）。
• 基础请求日志：服务器的常规技术日志（用于安全与排障）。

We collect: the email you enter at Creem checkout (for license delivery and support), license key / activation status, and standard technical server logs.

3. 我们不会收集什么（重点）

你的文件内容永远不会被上传。命名侠的所有 AI 处理都在你自己的电脑上完成，文件名、文件内容、照片、视频均不经过我们的服务器。

Your files never leave your computer. All AI processing happens locally; file names and contents are never uploaded to our servers.

4. 支付处理

付款由 Creem（Merchant of Record）处理。我们无法接触也不会存储你的银行卡信息。Creem 按其自身隐私政策处理支付数据。

Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details.

5. Cookie 与追踪

本官网不使用统计或广告追踪 Cookie。

This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies.

6. 数据存储与安全

购买邮箱与激活码存储在我们的授权服务器上，仅用于授权验证与售后，不会出售或用于广告。

Purchase email and license keys are stored on our license server solely for licensing and support. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

7. 你的权利

你可以随时联系我们查询、更正或删除与您相关的购买与激活信息：发送邮件至下方支持邮箱即可。

You may request access, correction or deletion of your purchase/activation data at any time by emailing our support.
